I agree when someone said that a design be always subjective for the viewers..none are bad..and to be inspiring, a design doesn't have to be complicated in visual look..since simple design can be inspiring as well when it is fitted gud with the viewers need.. :p don't you think??
Smashing Magazine is a well known site that provides you Design Showcase List for you. Their posts are awesome. Recently lots of visitor critizes & commented on the site new post which title Inspiration Package: 60+ Usable & Elegant Designs.
I think we all can become a good designer if we understand the esential rule of design critisism.
